Master Matt was born in South Korea and started his martial arts training at age of 4. At the age of 10 he moved to America and continued his training. While training he won numerous championships in sparring and forms. Master Matt also has training in Juijitsu, Judo and Muay Thai. This gives his students a broader spread of training as he includes these techniques into his Taekwondo teachings. He has a passion in training students, seeing them grow and mature as individuals and as martial artists. It is his privilege and honor to be able to teach, mentor, and work with his students.

Join our adult classes and do things you never thought you could do! Classes are for adults of all ages, regardless of your physical fitness or athletic ability. Taekwondo improves cardio fitness, muscle tone, flexibility, and coordination. Students learn important self-defense skills and are more confident and focused as a result of their Taekwondo training. Men and women alike benefit from our adult classes as they progress and achieve their goals!
7:15 pm - 8:00 pm
This class is designed for women who wants to learn how to defend themselves by learning proper ways to strike and kick, and to know how to defend and escape from the ground. We will also work on developing better strength and conditioning. Great way to learn self defense while getting and staying in shape! No previous experience necessary and all levels are welcome.
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Our children's classes are a great activity to keep your 7 - 13 year olds active and learning. Children in these classes enjoy kicking and punching their way to physical fitness and mental focus. The tenets of Taekwondo - courtesy, integrity, perseverance, indomitable spirit, and self control are a particularly important part of our children's classes. Children will learn self confidence, discipline, self defense, responsibility, respect and much more.

Our Little Dragons classes are specially designed for children from 4 -7. In a fun and active environment Little Dragons learn coordination, self esteem, focus, fitness, respect, safety skills and much more. Our Little Dragons are thrilled as they move through the belt levels and are so proud of their progress. They will know they are having fun, and you will know they are learning important life skills at the same time.
